The Association of IT Professionals in Research Triangle Park is a network of Information Technology professionals, educators, and students dedicated to continuing education, professional growth, leadership, and exploration of issues that face the IT industry.

Tracy serves as a member of the Management Advisory Council and is often a panelist.

ATHENA in Tech (AiT) is a program sponsored by ATHENA of the Triangle, a regional affiliate of ATHENA International. AiT is a strategic initiative created to help address the lack of women in tech fields, and it is dedicated to the development of young women students in STEM. Tracy serves on the AiT Advisory Panel.

CORRAL Riding Academy is a non-profit organization that prepares girls in high-risk situations with the necessary skills, resources, and opportunities needed to build a successful future. CORRAL’s program is centered around equine therapy, academic support, and mentorship. Through these efforts, they’ve achieved 88% college matriculation. 

At CORRAL Riding Academy, Tracy serves on the Board of Directors.

At North Carolina State University’s College of Computer Science, Tracy serves as a Chair on the Strategic Advisory Board. In this role, she advises the college of ways to increase diversity in professors and student recruiting. Additionally, she provides input on the curriculum to help align it with companies’ needs so graduates are properly prepared for the workforce.

Since 2010, the North Carolina Telehealth Network Association (NCTNA) has led the effort to provide high quality, accessible broadband to North Carolina’s nonprofit and public healthcare providers. In collaboration with MCNC, NCTNA operates a statewide fiber-optic network designed and operated to meet the highly demanding needs of healthcare organizations.

Tracy serves on the NCTNA Board of Directors.

The Raleigh Professional Women’s Forum is a Triangle-based group of diverse, accomplished professional women that focuses on building relationships among women through interaction, education, and mutual support that enhance personal and professional development.

Rewriting the Code supports and empowers college, graduate, and early career women in tech through intersectional communities, mentorship, industry experience and educational resources, to become the next generation of engineers and tech leaders.

Tracy serves on the Board of Advisors at Rewriting the Code.

The Quilt is the national coalition of non-profit U.S. regional research and education networks representing 43 networks across the country. Members of The Quilt provide advanced network services and applications to over 900 universities and thousands of other educational and community anchor institutions.

The Triangle Technology Executives Council (TTEC) is dedicated to the economic development of technology companies in the Research Triangle region of North Carolina through the education and collaboration among leaders in the management community. Tracy serves on the TTEC Board of Directors.
