If you need immediate assistance, please contact us by telephone at the numbers listed below. When submitting an online support request, your support request will be forwarded to the appropriate support group. Response times will vary as some groups work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Fiber Maintenance, Fiber Splicing, and Fiber Access Request

Please submit fiber requests at least 17 days prior to the requested work start date. At MCNC’s discretion, associated fees and other costs may apply to each request. MCNC will reply to your request within 3 business days.
