Complete the online support form if you are a current client with a non-urgent request.  Your request will be forwarded to the appropriate group. Response times vary as some groups work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

 


Complete the online request form if you require Fiber Maintenance, Fiber Splicing, or Fiber Access.

Please submit fiber requests at least 17 days prior to the requested work start date. At MCNC’s discretion, associated fees and other costs may apply to each request. MCNC will reply to your request within 3 business days.
