Sarah Taylor

As MCNC’s chief financial officer, Sarah Taylor is responsible for aligning budget strategies with long-term strategic plans, overseeing financial forecasting and scenario modeling; and collaborating and communicating with board members and executive leaders on strategies, execution, and financial impacts. Since joining the MCNC team, Sarah has created new financial reporting with enhanced visibility, driven culture change efforts to focus on project ROI and long-range impacts to the business, and developed a five-year forecast to aid in long-range planning and cash flow optimization.

A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, Sarah has nearly two decades of experience in finance, accounting, business intelligence, and analytics in a variety of industries, including healthcare and technology. Prior to MCNC she led decision support and financial planning for MemorialCare, a large nonprofit integrated health system in California.

Sarah received her B.A. in accounting from Cal State Fullerton, holds an active CPA license, and is also a Certified Management Accountant and a certified Lean Leader.
