NOTE: The video and voice quality of calls varies depending on the Wi-Fi or mobile data network connection. Cisco (and MCNC) does not troubleshoot connectivity issues when you use Jabber Video for iPad on 3G or 4G mobile data networks or non-corporate Wi-Fi networks. MCNC does not officially support the Ipad app.


Once installed on your Ipad, follow the directions below for setup:

Open up the Cisco Jabber App:

From Here you can either continue with the free Cisco Jabber account information/login (note that there are certain limitations on the free Cisco Jabber accounts)
or
you can use your MCNC Movi-Jabber account by typing any email address into the field and click continue.
It will bring you to this page:

From here you will select "TelePresence Video Communication Server"

Then enter your MCNC provided Movi-Jabber account information (or sign up) and the following for the server addresses:
internal:
vcsc.video.mcnc.org

external:
vcse.video.mcnc.org

SIP domain:
video.mcnc.org

Once you have entered all of that information click "Sign In"

It will then open up the app, and you may begin using the Movi-Jabber Video Client

To check the video input, you can tap the camera button at the top:

And to make a call, tap the numberpad symbol beside the camera button at the top:

You can call:
test
to check your incoming and outgoing audio and video with our copy bird.
