Five features of our new website

Welcome to our blog

MCNC is pleased to launch a new and improved website! We have incorporated major updates to our Drupal platform and we hope you’ll be pleased with the results.

Here are a few of the new and updated features you will experience while navigating our site.

  1. Responsive Design
You will notice a major difference in the look and feel of our site. The redesign includes more visual elements, an eye-catching layout, and an improved user experience on mobile and other devices.

  2. News
The most recent news will continue to be highlighted in the homepage banner.  Got a story to share about your institution?  Get in touch with us and we will explore how to help promote and share your story on MCNC’s website and/or via social media.

  3. Events and Training
Interested in events and training? Look no further than the homepage for a preview of featured activities. Additional event and training details will still be available on our comprehensive calendar where you can toggle between weekly and monthly views of the latest happenings.

  4. Blogs
Want to interact with our news and blogs? What to share it with others? We have integrated Social Media response buttons that appear at the end of news and blog entries. Now you can more easily and seamlessly share content from our website.

  5. Stay in touch
Speaking of blogs, expect to see periodic blog posts from the MCNC team.  This post is our first and we thought it appropriate to briefly introduce you to some of the new features on our updated website. Do you have feedback? Contact us at communications@mcnc.org. We always look forward to hearing from our customers. Please don’t be shy about sharing your thoughts and ideas.

Thank you,
MCNC Communications and Knowledge and Information Systems (KIS)
